Copenhagen, DM
I already wrote a blog about my adventures in Copenhagen and it's listed under my travels tab on my blog! Click the photo above to view our photos! The photo featured was taken at Paper Islands on the swing set by where we parked! <3
Geierlay Bridge, DE
This is my quick edit video from my phone, of my little adventure to Germany's longest suspension bridge. It was a great trip with a few friends that tested my fear of heights and swaying in the breeze. This video is featuring Ashley, Laura, and Allie.

Paris, FR
Our trip to Paris was something else! We spent four days in Paris, and we didn't waste any time. It was kind of a repeat of New York where we walked everywhere, and we were tired the entire first day. We got smart and took the metro everywhere though, so I couldn't complain too much. It wasn't as cold as NYC was either. Everyone we met was very nice! People were warning us about how mean French people were, but they were all so helpful and friendly. I think it may have been because we did our best to speak French to them. They were very patient with us, and the more encounters we made, the more comfortable I got trying to say French words. We saw almost all of the places we wanted to see while we were there. So next time we go, we can hone in on all of the little museums Paris has to offer! I'm so excited at the thought of going back to explore and highlight more places in my Paris book!
Luxembourg & Karlsruhe & Frankfurt
When Michael was here, we took a few day trips to different places like Luxembourg and Karlsruhe, and then spent Christmas with my family. We had so much fun going to places we were at when we were kids. Karlsruhe is where Michael was from when he was here, and Frankfurt is a city I used to go to all the time as a kid. I think I need to include all of the different foods we ate while Michael was here, but I think that's an album all on it's own!
Disneyland, California 2016
In May, I decided that I needed a break from all of the studying and hard work I had just finished post-nursing school, so I went on a road trip! My boyfriend's family was going on a road trip all the way to Northern California, and invited me to join them. I met their family, and had a lot of fun just being in the sun. The most memorable part of my trip though, was definitely the long trip to SoCal to go to Disneyland. This has always been something that was on my bucket list of things to do post-graduation, and I am so happy that it happened. I am even happier to have spent it with my best friend and his sister. Everything was so magical, and you could really feel the happiness and innocence of it all. I think my favorite part of the Disney adventure was Cars Land. Everything looked like it did in the movie! I didn't get to meet any Disney Princesses or anything, but I guess that's okay. I think I'm old enough to be okay with not seeing a princess. I did, however, get to meet Buzz Lightyear! I really wish they had Woody out there, because that would've been perfect for me and Michael since our original hashtag was #fallingwithstyle. It was awesome. Thank you Michael for taking me there and giving me such great memories. It was a dream come true! :)
Spring Break in the Philippines 2016
In March, I decided to go home to the Philippines. I could have spent my Spring Break doing other things, but I decided that it was a great opportunity to see my family. I hadn't seem in about 7 years, and it was long overdue. I mean, I probably would have just laid in bed the entire break to be completely honest. I was just so tired from clinical rotations, and thinking, that sleeping was the one thing on my mind. That's far from what I did in the Philippines though. Everyone was an early riser and a late sleeper. I went island hopping to Cebu, courtesy of my Auntie. Needless to say, it was AMAZING there. I went to Bato Springs where everyone looked at me funny or in awe, or tried to take selfies with me, because I was the only girl in a bathing suit. I went to the Hand of Jesus, where I climbed 250+ stairs to see the top. I went out in the city with my cousins and drank, only to meet Americans in a night club, which I thought was funny. I spent time with my grandparents at home, which was great. I spent some years in this house, whether it was living there, or visiting for the summer. I'm glad I got to see it again before I start my own adult adventure.
NYC with Bae
I would have to say that NYC was definitely my favorite trip out of the trips I've done so far this year. Michael decided that he wanted to take me with him to NYC before his sister left, so we spent almost a week in the city. I don't think I've walked so much "for fun" in my life! On our first day, we thought we were super tough, so we bundled up, and walked the entire city, including all of Central Park! You could only imagine how upset I was knowing I walked to the wrong end because Michael didn't read the map correctly... He said worry by getting me a yummy cupcake from the cupcake ATM, which is one thing I really loved about NYC, lol. We saw the Lady Liberty herself, and the WTC monument. We ate pizza, gyros, sweets, Shake Shack, and more pizza! As fun as the thought is to live in a bustling city like New York, I'm still happier living in my calm little neighborhood where I don't have to hear traffic at night. NYC, you were a fun one, but I'm glad it was just vacation :)
